Insurance, Noise & Parking
INSURANCE - Owner Insurance does not cover the contents of the property. We recommend Tenants insure their own personal effects and to inquire about Public Risk Insurance.
NOISE - As a courtesy to neighbours and also as a condition of your lease, do not interfere with the reasonable peace, comfort or privacy of a neighbour. Please keep noise levels to legal limits, failure to do so is a breach of lease and can result in Breach Notices being served.
PARKING - Please park cars only in designated parking areas. Do not park cars on grassed areas, as this will damage, if not kill the grass and you may be required to re turf any dead or damaged lawns. Parking cars on footpaths is not permitted by Brisbane City Council and also leads to disgruntled neighbours and creates unnecessary unpleasantness.
