day to day happenings of Property Management. Karen is heavily
involved in all facets of property management and utilises her great
negotiation skills in getting top dollar for your property.
Deborah Barton

Deborah joined Rentalswest.com.au over 7 years
ago. With more than 15 years of experience in Property Management,
all in the Western Suburbs, Deborah has been a very valuable
addition. Her reputation, track record and the praise from "people
in the know" ensures that our high level of service continues for
years to come.
Alison Galloway

Alison has been an experienced Property Manager for 4 years now.
She is
primarily office bound, attending to and coordinating the
maintenance, receiving and processing accounts of the homes
we manage.

Lucas has being learning the business
from the ground level for a number of years now. Having obtained his
full real estate license Lucas is involved in many aspects of the
business and heads up the commercial management/leasing division

Melanie Keavy
Melanie is our new Office Administrator and has
recently just graduated high school and has experience in the real
estate administration industry having completed a Business
Administration traineeship.
Melanie
is the bubbly and
helpful voice at the end of the telephone. In
addition to the handling of all enquiries
Melanie
also assists with
general maintenance and day to day duties.

office runs smoothly and efficiently, with up-to-date window cards,
