Karen Chisari -       Owner/Licensee and Property Manager, has hands on knowledge and experience in the day to day happenings of Property Management. Karen is heavily involved in all facets of property management and utilises her great negotiation skills in getting top dollar for your property.

Deborah Barton -  Deborah joined Rentalswest.com.au over 8 years ago. With more than 17 years of experience in Property Management, all in the Western Suburbs, Deborah has been a very valuable addition. Her reputation, track record and the praise from "people in the know" ensures that our high level of service continues for years to come.

Bianca Chisari  -    Bianca is currently completing a Law Degree at UQ and works here on a part time basis and assists with many property management related tasks. Her law studies are certainly a great asset to us when dealing with “tricky situations”.

Shelley McGonigal-Shelley has a keen eye for detail which makes her the perfect person to conduct the majority of our entry and exit inspections. Her cheerful personality and calm demeanor assists her in resolving matters that may arise at the end of a tenancy. These skills coupled with her background in administration and law makes her a valuable asset to our team.  

Ann Limpus -         Ann is an experienced Property Manager. She is primarily office bound, attending to and coordinating the maintenance, receiving and processing accounts of the homes we manage.

Jasmine Smith -      Jasmine is the bubbly and helpful voice at the end of the telephone. In addition to the handling of all enquiries she assists with general maintenance and day to day duties. Jasmine has joined us from a legal and administrative background. She also ensures our office runs smoothly and efficiently, with up-to-date window cards, rental lists and internet displays!
